What is TikTok Shop Commission Fee?
For all TikTok Shop sellers on TikTok Shop platform in Philippines, when an order is successfully delivered to purchasers, TikTok Shop will immediately charge a fee from the final order/payment settlement. This is the Commission Fee, which is levied to all sellers (both local-to-local and cross-border) in the Philippines based on product pricing.
The Commission Fee rate is determined by the cluster, category, and subcategory of the goods on TikTok Shop. The Commission Fee charges will be deducted directly from the order settlement. Only paid orders that have been successfully delivered to and accepted by the buyer. Cancelled or fully returned or refunded orders are not considered valid orders.

How to Calculate TikTok Shop Commission Fee?
The commission fee is calculated from the item price, minus any seller discounts. Shipping fee and TikTok Shop platform discounts are not included as part of the calculation of the commission fee.
Formula:
Commission Fee* = Commission Rate % X (Item Price - Seller Discount)
*Commission fee is VAT inclusive
