1. Go to the Tiktok Seller Center > Products > Price Diagnosis

• Competitive Price: These products are already well-priced, but you can still adjust them to possibly gain more traffic and visibility.
   

3. For each SKU (eg, each variation of your product), you'll see:

• Your current price

4. Not happy with TikTok's price suggestion?
You can send feedback right from the platform. If TikTok approves your input, they will update your product's pricing status within 2 working days.

How to Adjust Prices on TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop lets sellers adjust prices using two main tools:

1. Product Discount (Fixed Price Discount)

• Applied per SKU (each product variation).

• The system's recommended price becomes your updated selling price.

• You'll see a comparison of your current discount vs. TikTok's suggestion.

• By default, this discount is valid for 30 days.

• You can enable bulk discounts to apply changes to multiple SKUs at once.

• If the product is already in a campaign or flash deal, this option might not be available.
   

2. Seller Voucher (Amount Off)

• Applied at the SPU (product level), meaning all SKUs under the same product will share the same voucher.

• There's no minimum spend required for buyers to use it.

• It's valid for 30 days by default.

• There's no usage limit, buyers can use it multiple times.

Both tools will show:

• Your original price

• Your current price

• The discount needed to match TikTok's recommended price
   

After you've set up any price changes using TikTok Shop's Product Discount or Seller Voucher, you can manage or adjust them anytime from Seller Center > Promotional Tools

For Product Discount

• Edit: You can extend how long the discount runs or add/remove products from the promotion.

• Deactivate: You can stop the promotion before it ends.

• Duplicate: If you want to run a similar promotion again, you can copy the settings to save time.

For Seller Voucher

• Edit: You can increase how many times the voucher can be used.

• Deactivate: You can stop the voucher anytime.

• Duplicate: You can reuse the same settings to quickly create a new voucher.

Normal vouchers (not campaign-exclusive ones) will also show up on your Shop Tab making them visible to potential buyers browsing your TikTok Shop.
 

How to Reprice Multiple Items at Once

On the TikTok Shop Price Diagnosis page, sellers can adjust the prices of several SKUs at once. Here's how it works:

• You can select multiple SKUs to reprice using either the Product Discount or the Seller Voucher tool.

• The default promotion period for these changes is 30 days.

• If you need to tweak details (like promotion duration or discount level), you can click "Edit promotion settings".

• You're allowed to combine both Product Discount and Seller Voucher as long as the final price matches TikTok's recommended price.

Example:
If TikTok suggests your price should be RM10, you could:

• Apply a Product Discount that drops the price by RM1

• Add a Seller Voucher for an extra RM1 off
  → Final price = RM8 (below RM10 recommendation meaning you're competitive).
   

Tracking the Results

After you've adjusted your product prices using Price Diagnosis, you can monitor the results by clicking Performance Details on the same page.

• Competitiveness Status: Whether your new price is now considered competitive compared to similar products.

• Traffic Impact: If there's been any increase in the number of people viewing your product.

• Visibility Gains: Whether your product is getting shown more often across TikTok Shop (eg, in search, recommendations, etc.).
