To do that, just type this into the chat:

Once a real agent joins the chat, you can explain your issue in detail. Make sure to have your tracking number and any relevant info ready as it helps the agent solve your problem faster.

When Are Agents Available?

You can open and use the live chat anytime, 24/7, even in the middle of the night. But if you want to talk to a real customer service agent, they are only available between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM each day.
